Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for structural engineering projects.
- Conduct accurate quantity surveys and measurement of works on-site.
- Monitor project expenditures and control costs to ensure profitability and value for money.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress payments and final valuation reports.
- Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding financial matters and billing.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and contractual obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in structural works.
- Proficient in MS Office and construction cost estimation software (e.g., Primavera P6, Bluebeam).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and international construction contracts (FIDIC).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Valid Indonesian Work Permit (IMSA) is preferred.
