Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Strata Managers and property teams.
  • Manage incoming inquiries from property owners, tenants, and contractors via phone and email.
  • Coordinate essential maintenance requests and follow up with service providers to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and strata documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records within property management software and databases.
  • Monitor compliance and legislative requirements to ensure all strata documentation is up to date.
  • Assist in the financial administration of strata accounts, including invoicing and arrears follow-up.
