- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare sector
- Collaborate with product and service teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed
- Represent GE Healthcare at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market in the Philippines and regional dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
