Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and client retention
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers in top-tier enterprises
- Lead complex contract negotiations and commercial agreements aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement tailored solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic initiatives
- Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic account performance reports
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of B2B account management experience in enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex sales cycles
- Expert knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience in North Sumatra market or regional business development
