PERSOL is seeking a dedicated Strategic Account Manager to lead key client relationships and drive revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts. You will collaborate closely with global teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex client needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Data Centre and Facilities Management market.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including technical teams and operations, to deliver seamless solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance and address any concerns.
- Maintain deep market knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the APAC region.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in strategic account management or sales, preferably within the Facilities Management or Data Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of APAC markets and the ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer success.
