Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Data Centre solutions.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the Central Region, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, technical support, and product) to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions.
  • Present technical proposals, solution architectures, and financial models to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns to ensure high retention rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product roadmaps to provide expert advice to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, specifically within the IT infrastructure or Data Centre sector.
  • Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and server solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
