Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on sustainability and ESG initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sustainability sector, expanding BNL Group's client portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the evolving sustainability landscape and identifying relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, technical) to develop and deliver tailored sustainability strategies and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs related to client retention, growth, and new business acquisition.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and present new sustainability offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability, ESG, and corporate social responsibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, with a strong focus on sustainability, ESG, or corporate social responsibility.
- Demonstrated understanding of sustainability frameworks, reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB), and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of key accounts, drive growth, and achieve revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior experience working in the Singapore market, particularly within the West Region, is highly advantageous.
