Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and freight forwarding teams to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats in the East Region and beyond.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and high-level client presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or account management within the logistics industry.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and growing global or regional accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations, multimodal transport, and supply chain processes.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex logistical data into value-based proposals.
