Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement or operational excellence
- Proven track record in leading strategic transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or project management (PMP/Prince2)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in sales or retail industry highly preferred
