Are you a visionary connector with a passion for AI innovation? Workato is seeking a Strategic Community Manager to serve as the primary external face of our AI Lab in Singapore. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and key ecosystem stakeholders, driving thought leadership and collaboration across government bodies, top-tier academic institutions, and industry innovators.
As the primary advocate for our AI Lab, you will be instrumental in shaping the narrative of our technology within the region. You will not only foster relationships but also design and execute community-led initiatives that propel Workato’s position at the forefront of the AI automation revolution. Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with government agencies, university research partners, and corporate AI stakeholders.
- Represent Workato at industry conferences, panels, and academic forums to establish our AI Lab as a regional thought leader.
- Design, launch, and manage community engagement programs that align with Workato's product and innovation roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal AI Lab engineers and researchers to translate complex technical concepts into compelling community narratives.
- Monitor regional AI policy trends and advocate for Workato’s interests in relevant industry working groups.
- Organize and host exclusive events, workshops, and hackathons to foster a vibrant ecosystem of AI practitioners.
- Develop success metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate the impact of community initiatives on business growth and brand equity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in community management, strategic partnerships, or public relations, ideally within the B2B tech or AI space.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with government, academic, or high-profile industry entities in Singapore.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI technologies to non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore AI ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering community-driven growth outcomes.
