Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting team, setting clear objectives and ensuring optimal performance
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with company goals
- Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Monitor budget performance and provide financial analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Optimize financial systems and implement best practices in accounting operations
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the manufacturing or mining industry is highly desirable
