In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our organization's financial trajectory. You will be responsible for providing critical support to senior leadership by delivering accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable business strategy, ensuring that our resource allocation is optimized for sustainable growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes across all business units.
- Analyze financial performance against targets, identifying key drivers of variance and providing actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Collaborate with department heads to track expenditures, manage costs, and drive operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Support the improvement of financial reporting systems and internal control processes.
- Monitor industry trends and economic indicators to assess their impact on company performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced modeling, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and financial software.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or local standards.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
