Honeywell is a Fortune 100 diversified technology and manufacturing leader. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Growth Lead to spearhead our expansion efforts within the Hospitality vertical across the ASEAN and East Asia regions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, developing robust go-to-market strategies, and forging strategic partnerships with leading hotel chains and hospitality groups. You will act as the architect of our growth trajectory, ensuring we deliver innovative building management solutions to modernize the hospitality experience. This position requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the regional market landscape and a proven ability to drive revenue and market share in a competitive environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the ASEAN and East Asian hospitality markets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-profile hotel groups and property managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive the end-to-sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Represent Honeywell at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management, preferably within the Hospitality, Building Management Systems (BMS), or Commercial Real Estate sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in ASEAN and East Asia.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry across the target regions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level executives.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or Thai is a significant advantage.
