Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and client retention
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at corporate accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic positioning
  • Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Resolve complex client issues proactively to maintain high satisfaction levels

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B account management or strategic sales
  • Proven track record of managing high-value corporate accounts
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or talent solutions industry
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate client needs into business solutions
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog
