Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic partnership plans to monetise network infrastructure assets
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities with cross-industry organisations and strategic allies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, government agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth by developing innovative partnership models and digital solution offerings
- Collaborate with product, legal, and commercial teams to structure complex multi-stakeholder agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify strategic opportunities
- Present partnership strategies and outcomes to C-level executives and board members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of business development and partnership management experience
- Demonstrated success in closing strategic partnerships within telecommunications, infrastructure, or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in Singapore
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in matrix organisations and managing cross-functional teams
