Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for AI infrastructure components including GPUs, cloud services, and specialized hardware
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management to optimize total cost of ownership
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors and cloud service providers
- Analyze market trends, conduct risk assessments, and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Operations) to align procurement with AI development goals
- Drive innovation in procurement processes through data analytics and technology adoption
- Manage supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years in leadership/senior management roles
- Proven expertise in AI infrastructure procurement, cloud services, or high-tech hardware sourcing
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in complex vendor agreements
- Strategic sourcing experience with data-driven decision making and category management
- Experience managing supplier relationships and developing strategic partnerships
- Knowledge of Singapore's procurement regulations and global supply chain dynamics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
