In this critical role, you will drive procurement excellence by developing and executing sourcing strategies that ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of materials. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and mitigating supply chain risks to support our operational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for direct and indirect materials to optimize cost and quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on performance, capability, and alignment with company values.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with existing and new suppliers to secure best-in-class agreements.
- Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, KPIs, and continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality) to ensure supply chain alignment.
- Monitor market trends, commodity fluctuations, and geopolitical factors to proactively mitigate supply risks.
- Handle supplier deviations, non-conformances, and escalation of supply issues with effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports to support budgeting and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or marine industry.
- Demonstrated success in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of international trade, logistics, and supply chain regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
