Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive long-term client retention and revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and capture upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Act as the primary interface between clients and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure service excellence.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align our service offerings with the evolving needs of the client's business.
- Build and nurture deep relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust account management tactics.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through diligent follow-ups and transparent communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic account management or high-value B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced professional environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously.
