ANKH Executive Search is partnering with a leading provider of innovative banking platform solutions to identify a Strategic Sales & Client Growth Director to drive expansion across the Asia Pacific region. This is a pivotal leadership role for a results-driven professional who excels in enterprise sales environments within the banking and financial services sector.
As the Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies targeting financial institutions across APAC. You will collaborate closely with C-suite executives, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to position cutting-edge banking platform solutions that address digital transformation objectives.
This role offers exceptional director-level compensation including a strong base salary with uncapped commission structures directly aligned to enterprise deal origination, account expansion, and customer retention metrics. You will have full ownership of the sales pipeline from prospecting through closure, supported by a talented team of solution consultants and pre-sales engineers.
The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry expertise and established networks within banking and financial services to accelerate growth initiatives. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans for banking platform solutions across APAC regions
- Drive enterprise deal origination from initial qualification through contract closure
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key banking and financial services clients
- Lead account expansion initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value and retention
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets
- Mentor and develop a high-performance sales team to drive regional success
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in banking, fintech, or financial technology solutions
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals exceeding SGD 1 million
- Deep understanding of digital transformation trends and challenges in the banking sector
- Established network of relationships with C-level executives at regional banks and financial institutions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with solution selling, consultative sales, and CRM methodologies
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the APAC region as required
