Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for manufacturing, transport, and logistics categories
- Lead end-to-end source-to-contract (S2C) processes including supplier identification, RFx, and negotiations
- Leverage Japanese language skills (N1/N2) to manage relationships with Japanese suppliers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with global teams to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives
- Implement continuous improvement strategies in procurement processes and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Native or bilingual Japanese proficiency (N1/N2 certification required)
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and supplier performance metrics
- Proven negotiation expertise with demonstrable cost-saving achievements
- Familiarity with S2C methodologies and e-procurement systems
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management abilities
