Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing within electronics/semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost modeling and market analysis
- Expertise in supplier qualification processes and performance management
- Proven negotiation skills with track record of achieving cost reduction targets
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
