We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager to drive our procurement excellence initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement end-to-end sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supply chain resilience while aligning with our global business objectives.
You will lead cross-functional procurement projects, manage strategic supplier relationships, and negotiate high-value contracts. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories (raw materials, logistics services, MRO)
- Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle: RFQ, vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring
- Analyze market trends, cost structures, and supply chain risks to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders (engineering, operations, finance) to define requirements and align procurement strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supplier performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and sustainability goals
- Manage cross-functional teams and mentor junior procurement professionals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and contract negotiation
- Expertise in manufacturing, logistics, or transport procurement categories
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
