In this pivotal role, you will develop and manage comprehensive sourcing strategies designed to optimize costs, ensure superior quality, and enhance overall supplier performance for the Company. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that drive value across the organization, focusing on the Manufacturing and Transport & Logistics sectors.
As a key player in our procurement team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, from market research and supplier identification to contract negotiation and relationship management. You will analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical and commercial requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and supplier research to identify new vendors and opportunities.
- Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including evaluation of bids and selection of suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable contracts, terms, and conditions to secure the best value for the organization.
- Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Experience in the Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
