Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for critical engineering and technical components to ensure high quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, contract negotiations, and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with global engineering and R&D teams to identify alternative materials and components that optimize product design and manufacturing costs.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate supply chain trends and mitigate potential risks.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve procurement processes and streamline the technical supply chain.
- Ensure all sourced components meet stringent regulatory and quality standards essential for medical device manufacturing.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for consolidation, cost savings, and supplier rationalization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing context.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of global supply chain logistics, quality compliance, and manufacturing processes.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is considered a strong asset.
