Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with APAC sales leadership to develop and execute high-impact Go-to-Market strategies.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of AI-powered tools to enhance sales productivity and performance.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback to inform product improvements and operational changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align on goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to optimize GTM processes.
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks and standard operating procedures for sales teams.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline sales cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, or Go-to-Market roles within a high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience working with AI tools and integrating technology into sales workflows.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred for APAC market context).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
