Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the formulation and execution of annual strategic business plans.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track strategic progress.
- Facilitate the development of long-term business models and expansion strategies.
- Support senior management in preparing executive presentations and board reports.
- Manage project workstreams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business planning.
- Strong experience within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
