- Analyze consumer behavior patterns and market dynamics across Southeast Asia
- Develop evidence-based strategies to enhance brand positioning and market share
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry trend analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with consumer insights
- Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Monitor KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness against strategic objectives
- Lead consumer research initiatives including surveys, focus groups, and data mining
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years in consumer insights, market research, or strategy development
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, SPSS, Tableau)
- Strong experience with market segmentation and behavioral modeling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in tech/mobile industry preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of driving data-informed business decisions
