We are currently seeking a highly experienced and client-focused Structural Associate to join our rapidly growing structures team in Singapore. This is a key leadership position for a talented engineer who is ready to move beyond project management into strategic technical leadership and business development.
In this role, you will take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects, from initial concept design through to detailed engineering and construction support. You will be the primary technical interface with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring our structural solutions are not only innovative and robust but also sustainable and commercially viable. You will also mentor and develop a team of engineers, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
To be successful, you must be a Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with extensive experience in a consultancy environment within Singapore or the region. You will have a proven track record in delivering complex structural designs using a variety of materials (steel, concrete, timber) and possess strong business acumen. Experience with seismic design, tall buildings, and long-span structures is highly advantageous.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the structural design of complex building projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and program requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards (BCA, Eurocodes), and sustainability goals.
- Conduct advanced structural analysis and review calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Mentor and develop junior and senior engineers, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
- Contribute to business development activities, including bids and proposals.
- Champion innovation and sustainable design practices within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Chartered Professional Engineer (PE / CEng) or equivalent status is essential.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience in a structural consultancy.
- Extensive experience in the design of building structures (concrete, steel, and composite).
- Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Robot).
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Building Control Regulations and structural standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
