Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural BIM models for HDB and BTO projects using Revit/Tekla.
- Perform clash detection and coordination between architectural, structural, and M&E services.
- Generate accurate shop drawings and structural construction documentation from the BIM model.
- Assist the project team in preparing submission drawings for authorities (BCA/HDB).
- Participate in technical coordination meetings with consultants, sub-contractors, and clients.
- Maintain and update BIM execution plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all modelling work complies with local building codes and standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a BIM Modeller within the construction industry, specifically with Singapore HDB/BTO projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, Tekla Structures, and Navisworks is essential.
- Strong understanding of structural detailing and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and Singapore BIM submission requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced site or office team.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and quality delivery.
