BALIMMO DEVELOPMENT GROUP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Civil Engineer (In-House) to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the critical task of designing and supervising structural works to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
We are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between theoretical engineering and practical on-site application. You will work closely with our design and project management teams to oversee the entire lifecycle of structural projects, from initial concept to final handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and detailed specifications using industry-standard engineering software.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervision to ensure construction works strictly comply with approved designs and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to resolve technical issues during the construction phase.
- Ensure all engineering solutions adhere to local building codes (SNI) and international safety standards.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with other engineering disciplines to maintain project momentum.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site staff as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural design and supervision, preferably in the residential or commercial development sector.
- Proficient in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with Indonesian National Standards (SNI) for building construction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid Indonesian engineering license (SIP) is a plus.
