Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the structural design and analysis of PLTS (Photovoltaic) projects, ensuring full compliance with safety codes and load requirements.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and technical specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine optimal structural solutions for energy infrastructure.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and construction managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform detailed structural calculations for mounting systems, foundations, and supporting structures.
- Monitor site progress to guarantee high-quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly comply with Indonesian national standards and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in structural engineering, with a preference for experience in the renewable energy or PLTS sector.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla Structures.
- In-depth knowledge of structural analysis principles and load calculation methodologies.
- Valid license (SIP) as a Civil Engineer in Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation.
