Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D structural models using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD)
- Develop structural design documentation including plans, sections, and details
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and standards
- Perform clash detection and coordinate MEP systems with structural elements
- Generate material takeoffs and cost estimates for structural components
- Review and validate design models for accuracy and constructability
- Stay updated with BIM best practices and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structural BIM modeling
- Proficiency in Revit Structure and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction methods
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Experience with Singapore's building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
