Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural designs, plans, and specifications for various residential and commercial building projects.
- Perform complex structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety, stability, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the architectural team to integrate structural requirements into conceptual designs.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, material estimates, and construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits to provide engineering support and ensure work is executed according to approved plans.
- Utilize CAD and structural design software to create precise technical drawings and models.
- Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to resolve technical challenges during the construction phase.
- Stay updated with the latest national building codes and construction industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Board Passer).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural design or related construction engineering.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAP2000).
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for structural integrity and detail.
