Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze structural systems for commercial and residential buildings using industry-standard software
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications compliant with Singapore building codes
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans
- Review and approve structural designs submitted by external consultants
- Perform load calculations and feasibility studies for complex structural components
- Stay updated with latest engineering technologies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design, preferably with main contractors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro or similar engineering software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes (BCA) and safety standards
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and project coordination skills
