In this role, you will play a crucial part in the structural engineering lifecycle, ensuring accurate 3D modeling and drafting for diverse projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop high-quality 3D parametric models and detailed drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical models.
- Perform quantity take-offs and generate material lists for construction documentation.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate model updates with other disciplines (MEP, Architectural).
- Ensure all modeling activities adhere to local and international building codes and standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback on model accuracy and clarity.
- Manage project deliverables within strict deadlines while maintaining high productivity levels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with Autodesk Revit on structural engineering projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- Ability to work the US Shift (Pacific Time Zone preferred or compatible hours).
- Strong understanding of structural principles, loads, and material properties.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM workflows is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
