Realcognita is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Detailer/Engineer to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City. If you are an expert in 3D modeling and structural detailing with a specific focus on precast concrete elements, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of complex construction projects, translating architectural and structural designs into precise, buildable models. Leveraging your proficiency in Tekla Structures, you will ensure the highest standards of accuracy in shop drawings, erection plans, and bill of materials. You will work alongside a collaborative team of engineers and project managers to deliver innovative solutions in the local and international construction landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D structural models for precast concrete projects using Tekla Structures.
- Generate accurate shop drawings, erection drawings, and reinforcement details for fabrication.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and construction teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Produce precise Bill of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs to support project procurement.
- Perform structural checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Manage model revisions and documentation updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support to the shop floor and on-site teams during the installation process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural detailing, specifically for precast elements.
- Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and local building codes.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
