We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Drafter to join our dynamic engineering team in Cikarang Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts into precise technical drawings and comprehensive construction plans. You will leverage industry-standard software to ensure that all structural elements are accurately represented, strictly adhering to safety standards and local building codes.
As a Structural Drafter, you will collaborate closely with civil engineers and architects to develop designs that are not only visually precise but also structurally sound. Your work will directly impact the feasibility and successful execution of our building projects, requiring a high level of technical proficiency, analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for residential and commercial structures using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Update and modify existing drawing sets based on engineering feedback, design revisions, and project requirements.
- Ensure all drafting work fully complies with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with the engineering and architectural teams to resolve design conflicts and clarify technical details.
- Prepare accurate material takeoffs and calculate quantities of construction materials required for project bidding.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all drawings to ensure accuracy in dimensions, measurements, and annotations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Structural Drafter or similar drafting role (1-3 years preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of structural principles, load calculations, and local Indonesian building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management software.
