China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Structural Drafter to join our dynamic project team in Batam. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of large-scale construction projects, transforming conceptual designs into precise, actionable technical documentation. We are looking for a professional who is proficient in drafting software and has a deep understanding of structural integrity, construction standards, and site requirements. You will work closely with structural engineers and project managers to ensure every detail of our structural drawings meets the highest international quality and safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop accurate structural drawings for building components including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.
- Revise existing drawings based on engineering feedback and field changes during the construction process.
- Ensure all documentation complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and site managers to resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Maintain and organize master files of structural documentation and project revisions.
- Coordinate with architects and MEP teams to ensure integrated design consistency.
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and structural schedules as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3/S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Structural Drafter, preferably in a large-scale construction firm.
- Expertise in AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit, Tekla Structures, or other BIM software is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction materials.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints, engineering specifications, and architectural plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to be based in Batam and support project-site activities.
