Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural designs and analysis for concrete-based construction projects.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and assess structural integrity to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural requirements into overall project blueprints.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, blueprints, and documentation for client review and approval.
- Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or AutoCAD) to create accurate structural models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve structural challenges encountered during the construction phase.
- Supervise junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance on complex projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in structural design, preferably within the concrete or construction industry.
- Proficiency in structural design software and structural analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Building Codes (SNI) and relevant international construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) in structural engineering is highly preferred.
