Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects using industry-standard software.
- Prepare and review structural drawings, technical specifications, and calculation sheets.
- Ensure all designs strictly comply with local building codes (e.g., MSMA, NBC) and international standards such as Eurocode.
- Conduct site inspections and supervision to ensure construction quality and adherence to design intent.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, geotechnical engineers, and project managers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and graduate trainees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Registered Professional Engineer (BEM) or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant post-graduate experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proficient in using structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of structural mechanics, material properties, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
