We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team at China State Construction Engineering Corporation. In this critical role, you will lead structural engineering initiatives for large-scale infrastructure and building projects in Batam. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and supervising structural systems to ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and infrastructure using industry-standard software
- Conduct site inspections to verify structural integrity and compliance with specifications
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions for structural challenges
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on structural projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro)
- Strong knowledge of international building codes and standards
- Experience with construction materials and structural systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
