Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural designs and analysis for steel-based infrastructure and bridge projects using industry-standard software.
- Perform comprehensive structural calculations to ensure compliance with Indonesian SNI standards and international engineering codes.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and site teams to translate blueprints into high-quality, executable steel structures.
- Conduct site inspections and field assessments to ensure construction quality and adherence to structural design specifications.
- Prepare technical reports, material take-offs, and cost-estimation documentation for ongoing projects.
- Identify potential structural risks and implement proactive solutions to prevent project delays or safety hazards.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in structural steel design, particularly in bridge construction or heavy steel industry.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or Tekla Structures.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian structural design codes (SNI) and seismic requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical data to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under project-driven timelines.
- Possession of a SKA (Sertifikat Keahlian) or related professional certification is a significant advantage.
