We are currently seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team at Multimedia Engineering Pte Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive structural design and analysis of our innovative projects, with a specific focus on ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) cushion systems and tensile structures. As a key player in our engineering department, you will perform critical loading and stress calculations, ensuring that all designs meet rigorous safety standards and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations for ETFE cushion systems and tension structures.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering drawings, including plans, sections, and details, using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct thorough loading and stress calculations to ensure structural stability under various environmental conditions.
- Review and check technical drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and project managers, to integrate structural solutions into the overall design.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant local building codes and BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and technical specifications for construction projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in structural design, preferably with exposure to ETFE or tensioned membrane structures.
- Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000) and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures).
- Strong understanding of steel and concrete design principles and detailing.
- Singapore Registered Engineer (Professional) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
