Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all structural aspects of construction projects to ensure compliance with architectural designs.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Review and interpret complex structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve structural challenges on-site.
- Ensure all structural works meet local building codes, Indonesian standards, and company quality benchmarks.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for ongoing project audits.
- Supervise sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure structural integrity throughout the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in structural construction or site supervision.
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and building materials.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a site-based work environment and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and travel to various project sites as required.
