Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Perform load calculations and structural modeling using industry-standard software
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards
- Conduct site inspections and provide construction support
- Mentor junior engineers and review team deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of structural design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis software
- Strong understanding of reinforced concrete and steel design principles
- Certification from Engineers Indonesia (PII) or equivalent professional body
- Experience with seismic analysis and Indonesian building codes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
