Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural designs, calculations, and specifications for various construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
- Utilize structural analysis software to perform complex load calculations and material assessments.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, blueprints, and project documentation in accordance with safety standards.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure projects adhere to design specifications and building codes.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm structural solutions and troubleshoot complex design challenges.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in structural design and analysis (new graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, or Tekla.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, structural standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team-based project environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
