Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations for various building typologies.
- Develop comprehensive structural drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard modeling software.
- Coordinate structural design elements with architectural and M&E services to ensure seamless project integration.
- Supervise structural works onsite to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including technical submissions and authority approvals.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and draftspersons to maintain high quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in structural design and site supervision within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Eurocodes and Singapore building codes and regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) status or working towards certification is highly advantageous.
