Hong Xhe Industrial is a prominent player in the industrial sector, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Bekasi. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and efficiency of our structural designs and industrial projects.
In this position, you will be responsible for translating project requirements into robust structural designs that adhere strictly to SNI standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in industry-standard software like ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD, and the ability to bridge the gap between design concepts and field implementation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural analysis and designs for industrial projects, ensuring full compliance with SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia).
- Utilize advanced software, including ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD, to produce accurate structural models and blueprints.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, structural calculations, and Bills of Quantities (RAB) for project bidding and procurement.
- Coordinate closely with internal project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Perform on-site quality control inspections to ensure construction meets design specifications and safety standards.
- Provide proactive technical solutions and modifications to resolve complex engineering challenges during the project lifecycle.
- Supervise structural works in the field to ensure safety protocols and quality benchmarks are strictly upheld.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in structural design, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000) and CAD software (AutoCAD).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Building Codes (SNI) and relevant structural engineering standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating across multiple departments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment and meet tight project deadlines.
