Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural designs and calculations for industrial facilities, including steel and concrete frameworks.
- Utilize advanced modeling software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or ETABS) to ensure structural integrity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with architects, mechanical/electrical engineers, and project managers to integrate design specifications seamlessly.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works adhere to design drawings, building codes, and safety standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and documentation for client submission.
- Support project teams in cost estimation, material selection, and resolving structural anomalies during the construction phase.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in structural engineering within the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in industrial, heavy civil, or commercial infrastructure projects.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian structural building codes and international standards (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, AISC).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively manage stakeholder relations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project deadlines with a high degree of technical accuracy.
