Ganesha Operation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer Staff to join our expanding infrastructure team in Bandung. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our building projects, ensuring that all structural designs meet the highest safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into safe, functional, and durable structures. You will utilize advanced engineering software to perform rigorous analysis, ensuring compliance with local building codes and international structural standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural designs, blueprints, and calculations for building projects.
- Perform structural analysis and load-bearing capacity evaluations using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000).
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to original engineering specifications.
- Evaluate existing structures for safety, integrity, and potential renovation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and mechanical engineers, to resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for building permits and project approvals.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or Tekla Structures.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) for structural concrete and steel construction.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality control and building safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Possession of a SKA (Sertifikat Keahlian) is highly preferred.
